Annapurna Pictures Announces Global Publishing Deal with Warner/Chappell Music

Annapurna Pictures, the production company and studio behind Oscar-nominated films Zero Dark Thirty (2012), Her (2013), American Hustle (2013), and Phantom Thread (2017), has signed a worldwide publishing agreement with Warner/Chappell Music (WCM), the music publishing arm of Warner Music Group.

 

WCM will represent and administer the rights to the indie film and TV company’s music publishing properties, including its musical compositions and scores.

The Elektra Music Group has officially launched and installed a first-rate leadership team that’s poised to nurture the stand-alone group’s stellar roster of artists, and unique labels including Elektra, Fueled By Ramen (FBR), Roadrunner, Low Country Sound, and Black Cement Records. The label group’s first release will be Twenty One Pilots’ new album, Trench, due out Friday, October 5, through Fueled By Ramen.
