Steven Macri
Steven Macri is Warner Music Group's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and is responsible for WMG's worldwide financial operations. Since joining the company in 2005, Macri has been responsible for WMG's day-to-day public reporting processes, including business planning, treasury and worldwide financial operations, and has designed and implemented procedures to ensure the company's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Prior to joining WMG, Macri was vice president of finance for Thomson Corp.'s higher education division. Before joining Thomson, Macri spent six years at Gartner, Inc. in various financial roles, including controller and vice president of planning and operations. Before joining Gartner, he held various positions in the accounting and finance departments of consumer packaged goods company Reckitt Benckiser. Macri began his career at Price Waterhouse where he last served as a manager.
Macri has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Syracuse University and an MBA from New York University
