Warner/Chappell Music Signs Worldwide Publishing Agreement with CMA, ACM, And ASCAP Song of the Year Winner, Lee Miller

Warner/Chappell Music, the music publishing arm of Warner Music Group, today announced that it has signed a worldwide publishing agreement with songwriter Lee Miller. Miller is the recipient of many top industry awards and has written hit songs for such renowned artists as Tim McGraw, Jamey Johnson, and Trace Adkins, among others. Effective immediately, Warner/Chappell will publish the Kentucky-native’s songwriting. Ben Vaughn, Executive Vice President, Warner/Chappell Music Nashville, made the announcement.

We’re so pleased to work with Lee and look forward to help further build his already-illustrious career.”

Miller is responsible for co-writing Trace Adkins’ “You’re Gonna Miss This,” which received Song of the Year awards from the CMA, ASCAP, and the NSAI, as well as a Grammy nomination for Country Song of the Year. He also co-wrote Jamey Johnson’s “In Color,” which won Song of the Year awards from the ACM, the CMA, ASCAP, and Music Row, as well as a Grammy nomination for Country Song of the Year. Miller has also co-written No. 1 singles for Joe Nichols (“The Impossible”), Terri Clark (“I Just Wanna Be Mad”), and Brad Paisley (“The World” and “I’m Still a Guy”), as well as Top 10 singles for Tim McGraw (“Nothing to Die For”) and Brandon Heath (“Jesus in Disguise”). Miller’s latest charting singles include Tim McGraw’s “Southern Girl,” and Chris Stapleton’s “What Are You Listening To?”

Miller has also had cuts recorded by such artists as Rascal Flatts, Dierks Bentley, Josh Turner, John Michael Montgomery, Sammy Kershaw, Andy Griggs, Tracy Byrd, Tracy Lawrence, Randy Travis, Rhett Akins, Billy Currington, Craig Morgan, The Wreckers, Chris Young, Blackhawk, and Mark Wills, among others.
