Warner/Chappell Nashville today announced that it has signed a worldwide publishing agreement with the independent Nashville-based publishing company River House Artists (RHA). RHA also encompasses a record label, as well as artist management services, and was launched by Lynn Oliver-Cline in 2016 to develop new country talent in Nashville.

“It’s been great to see River House Artists accomplish so much in such a short amount of time,” said Ben Vaughn, President, Warner/Chappell Nashville. “Their success stems from Lynn’s adept entrepreneurship and ear for quality music. We’re all thrilled to start working with Lynn and her roster at such a critical point in the development of River House and its songwriters.”

Oliver-Cline added, “Everyone at Warner/Chappell has been so encouraging. With their support and resources, this partnership will undoubtedly be an exciting step forward for the future of River House Artists and our wonderfully talented songwriters.”

River House Artist’s songwriters – Ray Fulcher, Rob Williford, and Drew Parker – share co-writes on all 12 tracks on RHA recording artist Luke Comb’s acclaimed debut album, This One’s for You. Fulcher co-wrote Comb’s second single, “When It Rains It Pours,” which is currently No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Country/Country Airplay chart. Zebb Luster serves as Creative Manager for the growing roster.

Before starting her own musical venture, Oliver-Cline was most recently VP of Marketing at Thirty Tigers. Prior to that, she worked with Hootie and the Blowfish, Zac Brown’s Southern Ground Artists, Wyatt Durrette, BMI, and Virgin Records.
