Erato

Erato was established in Paris in 1953 with a founding mission to focus on recording French composers and artists, with an emphasis on Renaissance and Baroque music. Over the years, the Erato catalog grew to feature such noted artists as Plácido Domingo, Maxim Vengerov, Daniel Barenboim, Pierre Boulez, Maurice André, Hélène Grimaud, Scott Ross, Marie-Claire Alain, Jean-Pierre Rampal, Susan Graham, and José van Dam. Erato joined the WMG family in 1992. In 2013, Erato was relaunched when the Virgin Classics label became part of WMG through Warner’s acquisition of Parlophone Label Group.

Jon Platt

Jon Platt is Chairman & CEO for Warner/Chappell Music, WMG’s music publishing arm, overseeing and driving the ongoing growth of the company, its diverse roster of songwriters, and its range of creative services.

Since joining WCM in 2012, he has been instrumental in attracting a wide range of new and established talent including Jay Z, Beyoncé, Roc Nation’s publishing roster, Mike WiLL Made It, and Aloe Blacc, among others, while continuing to build relationships with songwriters such as Katy Perry, Nate Ruess, Michael Bublé, Barry Gibb and George Michael.

Craig Kallman

Craig Kallman carries on the entrepreneurial tradition that has driven Atlantic Records since its founding by Ahmet Ertegun nearly seven decades ago. Craig joined the company in 1991, when the company acquired his independent Big Beat Records label. Advancing through the executive ranks, he began to oversee Atlantic’s entire A&R operation. In 2005, the New York native was named Chairman/CEO of the Atlantic Records Group.

Julie Greenwald

Julie Greenwald joined Atlantic Records as President in 2004 and was named Chairman & COO in 2009. As with her Atlantic partner Craig Kallman, Julie came from the indie label world. The New York native began her music career in 1992 at Def Jam Records, and just a decade later, she was named President of Island Records, becoming one of the rare women to hold that title at a major label.

After graduating from Tulane University in 1992 with a double major in Political Science and English, Julie joined Def Jam, where she rapidly rose through the company’s executive ranks, becoming General

Stu Bergen

Stu Bergen is CEO, International and Global Commercial Services, Warner Music Group. Stu oversees WMG’s international Recorded Music operations outside the U.S. and UK; Warner Music’s Global Marketing team; WEA and ADA – WMG’s Artist & Label Services divisions; and Warner Classics.
