Based in Paris, Warner Classics and its sister label Erato together comprise one of the world’s leading global classical music recording companies. In 2013, with WMG’s acquisition of Parlophone Label Group, the renowned EMI Classics roster and catalog became part of Warner Classics. As a member of WMG’s senior management team, Maria [Masha] Osherova oversees all aspects of WMG’s human resources functions across the globe. Her responsibilities include building a compelling and distinctive environment for WMG employees, while evolving the company’s collective skill set in alignment with its long-term creative and commercial strategy.

Masha joined WMG in 2006 as Vice President, Human Resources for Warner Music International, based in London.
