Warner Music Group Signs Licensing Deal With Legendary Label Tuff Gong International

Warner Music Group (WMG) and Tuff Gong International Caribbean Distributors, part of the legendary Marley stable of corporations, today announced an exclusive licensing agreement under which Tuff Gong will distribute Warner’s world-class releases throughout the Caribbean islands. Effective immediately the deal covers both new and catalog releases, as well as local synch, licensing and live performance rights.

Through the license Tuff Gong will distribute the albums of some of today’s top artists including Wiz Khalifa, Bruno Mars, Flo Rida, Cee Lo Green, Blake Shelton and Estelle.

Tonight multi-platinum selling artist Loreen, signed to Warner Music Sweden, won the Eurovision Song Contest for her country, following a breath-taking performance of her number one song 'Euphoria'. Sweden claimed victory with 372 points, 113 points higher than second-placed Russia.

Loreen's winning song 'Euphoria' is the best-selling single in Sweden so far this year, it has already spent six weeks at the top of the Swedish singles chart and gone five times Platinum.

Warner Music Group Corp. today announced its fiscal second quarter financial results for the period ended March 31, 2012.
