Bernadette Rotolo is leading technology for Warner Music Group. She is responsible for the worldwide technology vision and execution of the company’s most strategic initiatives.  She is known for building strong teams, partnering with the people, and achieving results.  Bernadette also serves as the co-Chair of WMG’s DEI council and is an advocate for the advancement of women in technology.  She is leading the charge to help women achieve their career goals by being the founder of “Women in Tech” organization, an Employee Resource Group.

Bernadette joined WMG in 2017 as Senior Vice President, Head of Global Systems, based in New York.  She was responsible for the corporate application portfolio.  Prior to Warner Music Group, Bernadette served as Group Vice President and Global Head of Solutions for the Adecco Group, the largest global staffing company in the world. There she led a CEO-championed, company-wide digital transformation program, partnering with business executives to increase brand visibility and global millennial engagement by launching web, mobile and social media strategies.  

Previously, Bernadette spent 12 years with Accenture, holding multiple technology leadership roles. There she worked with clients to solve complex business challenges, primarily in the communications and High Tech companies.

Bernadette sits on the board of directors of the Society for Information Management (SIM) Metro New York chapter. She on the advisory board for BoldStart, an early-stage Venture Capital company. Additionally, Bernadette is often called upon to speak on digital transformation.

Bernadette holds a master’s degree from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Binghamton.  She has also earned her leadership certification from the prestigious IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
