Elektra Music Group Marks Official Launch by Unveiling Remainder of Leadership Team

Twenty One Pilots’ Trench Out Friday – Label Group’s First Release

 

The Elektra Music Group has officially launched and installed a first-rate leadership team that’s poised to nurture the stand-alone group’s stellar roster of artists, and unique labels including Elektra, Fueled By Ramen (FBR), Roadrunner, Low Country Sound, and Black Cement Records. The label group’s first release will be Twenty One Pilots’ new album, Trench, due out Friday, October 5, through Fueled By Ramen.

 

Following recent appointments to the A&R and Promotions teams, the remainder of Elektra Music Group’s leadership team brings together an eclectic mix of the most creative and experienced execs:

 

  • Adam Abramson as Head of Sales & Streaming;
  • Chris Brown as Head of Marketing;
  • Tim Davideit as Head of Digital Marketing;
  • Anne Declemente as Head of A&R Admin;
  • Cathy Donovan as Head of Label Operations;
  • Annie Flook as Head of Tour Marketing;
  • Glenn Fukushima as Head of Publicity;
  • Ana Lenuzza Ross as Head of Film, TV & Video Game Licensing;
  • Mandee Mallonee as Head of Video Production;
  • Margo Scott as Head of Business & Legal Affairs; and
  • Suzy Yoder as Head of DSP & Video Promotion.

 

They will report to label Co-Presidents, Mike Easterlin and Gregg Nadel.

Including the leadership team, the 60-plus member Elektra Music Group staff builds out the company’s A&R, Artist Development, Business & Legal Affairs, International, Marketing, Promotion, Publicity, Sales & Streaming, and Video departments.

 

Recent announcements revealed two key Elektra Music Group A&R appointments: Will McDonald, Vice President, A&R and Marketing; and Shawn Cohen, Senior Director, A&R—as well as three key appointments in the promotion department: Melanie Scull, Vice President of Promotion; Myra Dehais, SVP of Promotion-West Coast/Alternative; and Jason Martin, VP of Promotion/Triple A.

 

Already, the Elektra Music Group roster includes notable artists such as Twenty One Pilots, Sturgill Simpson, Zac Brown Band, Brandi Carlile, Fitz and the Tantrums, Paramore, Slipknot, Panic! At The Disco, Coheed and Cambria, Kaleo, Gojira, and others.

 

About Elektra’s New Leadership Team:

 

Adam Abramson comes to Elektra Music Group from Atlantic Records with over 20 years of experience selling, marketing and advocating for music across genres, with a focus on Rock, Alternative, Singer-Songwriter, Americana, and Country.

 

Chris Brown has been part of the Roadrunner Records marketing team for over 12 years. He added Fueled By Ramen duties in 2013 and was promoted to SVP, Marketing Roadrunner/FBR this March.

 

Tim Davideit joined the Fueled By Ramen digital marketing team just over six years ago. He added Roadrunner Records artists to his roster in 2013 and was promoted to Senior Director of Digital Marketing FBR/RR in 2014.

 

Anne DeClemente has been with Atlantic Records for over 23 years, most recently serving as Vice President A&R Administration. She has worked with many of the FBR and Elektra artists over the years, including Twenty One Pilots, Panic! At the Disco, Paramore and Fitz and the Tantrums.

 

Cathy Donovan’s professional history has touched radio, TV, and various label positions. She joins Elektra Music Group after 12 plus years at Atlantic, most recently serving as Vice President of Marketing and Label Operations.

 

Annie Flook has been with WMG since 2015, first joining the artist development team at Warner Bros. and then Atlantic Records to work on campaigns for a roster ranging from Charlie Puth to Kelly Clarkson, Young The Giant, and Vance Joy.

 

Glenn Fukushima joined Atlantic in 2000 as Manager of Publicity, and has since risen to Senior Vice President, bringing over 20 years of experience to his post. He is based in Los Angeles.

 

Ana Lenuzza Ross began her career in music while still in college and joined Atlantic’s sync team in 2012. At Elektra Music Group she’ll continue to place artists’ music in film, TV, and video games.

 

Mandee Mallonee has been working in the music video industry since 2011, in roles ranging from production to commissioning. She’s worked with some of today’s biggest artists, including Twenty One Pilots, Ariana Grande, Charlie Puth, and The Weeknd.

 

Margo Scott comes to Elektra Music Group after more than 23 years at Atlantic Records, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs and Deputy General Counsel.

 

Suzy Yoder joins the label group with eight years of digital marketing experience in both major and independent label spaces. She has spearheaded impactful digital campaigns for artists across all genres including Zac Brown Band, Keith Richards, Bebe Rexha, and Ed Sheeran.
