Tom Corson is WMG’s Chief Operating Officer and Co-Chairman & COO of Warner Records, where he’s led business operations, strategy, and commercial development since joining the company in 2018. 

Promoted to COO of WMG in 2026, Corson now oversees global marketing, merch, physical, D2C, supply chain for the whole WMG organization as he continues to steer the Warner Records label with Co-Chairman and CEO Aaron Bay-Schuck for a transitional period.

Under Tom and Aaron, Warner Records has transformed into a powerhouse, gaining significant market share and delivering global chart-topping success for a wide range of marquee and breakout talent such as Madonna, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Dua Lipa, Zach Bryan, Benson Boone, Michael Bublé, Teddy Swims, Linkin Park, Cody Johnson, and Sombr. Prior to joining Warner Music Group, Tom spent over four decades in senior leadership positions across major music groups, most recently serving as President and COO of RCA Music Group. He graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Business/Economics.
