Under Londa’s leadership, the new frontline label sets its sights on a new era of growth and ambition
Berlin, September 1st 2026 – Warner Music Central Europe today announced the official launch of Warner Records Germany, establishing an elite frontline label powered by one of music industry’s most iconic global banners. Operating out of Berlin, the label is a bold statement of intent, bridging the uncompromising excellence of its legendary US heritage with the raw, cultural heart of the German market.
To lead the label, Lea Londa has been appointed Director of Warner Records Germany, reporting to Jean-Sebastien Permal, SVP of A&R for Central Europe and EMEA. As a 16-year industry executive, Londa has spent more than a decade at WM Central Europe, rising through the ranks from Media Manager through to Marketing Director.
She has spearheaded high-impact promotional campaigns across dance, rap, pop, and rock, working with global superstars such as Coldplay, Enya, Ed Sheeran, and Linkin Park.
Londa also has a strong track record with domestic talent. She orchestrated the campaign behind Udo Lindenberg x Apache 207’s “Komet”, which is the longest running No. 1 German single in history. Furthermore she has been an integral part of the support system behind the breakthrough of Provinz, one of Germany’s most influential bands for years, ran campaigns that led to multiple Gold and Platinum records for superstar Robin Schulz, as well as developing breakout talent MilleniumKid.
Her philosophy of long-term artist development and cultural relevance is already reflected in the label’s curated roster. Warner Records Germany champions a diverse, high-impact lineup including iconic legend Udo Lindenberg, Provinz, emerging artist Yasola, and versatile talent LINA. Together, these lighthouse artists exemplify the label’s commitment to providing both enduring superstars and next-generation visionaries with a permanent home.
