Warner Music UK has today announced that Charlotte Saxe will be promoted to become SVP, Legal & Business Affairs from 3rd October. In her new role, she’ll be reporting directly to Tony Harlow, CEO, Warner Music UK. Saxe’s promotion comes as James Radice chooses to retire from the company after more than eight years.
Saxe has worked at Warner Music UK for more than 15 years, first joining as Senior Legal and Business Affairs Manager, and most recently serving as VP of Legal and Business Affairs for Atlantic Records UK. During her tenure she oversaw artist signings including Charli XCX, Clean Bandit, Darkoo, Ed Sheeran, Fred again, Maisie Peters and Tion Wayne.
She will now head up Warner Music UK’s legal and business affairs team, which supports frontline labels Atlantic Records UK, Darco Recordings, Parlophone, Warner Records UK, as well as catalogue division Rhino UK and independent distribution arm ADA UK.
Saxe started her legal career at music and entertainment practice SSB Solicitors in London, before joining Warner Music UK in 2007. She holds an MA in Geography from the University of Oxford and an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Edinburgh Law School.

It’s been a privilege to help grow our roster and ensure that we continue to invest in the most exciting creative talent coming out of the UK. It’s great that Charlotte is stepping up to lead the team when I retire and I know that she’ll do an incredible job.”
