Superstar Christophe Maé played a surprise gig at Warner Music Day in Paris last week.
Warner Music France held its annual sales conference followed by a party in its gardens for 850 people, including artists, managers, customers and employees. Maé was joined onstage at the party by local artists Soprano and Tal to perform a version of Bob Marley’s classic No Woman, No Cry.
The company’s 360 Department secured commercial partners for the party ranging from Heineken to Ray-Ban.
A social wall #warnermusicday was displayed on a huge LED screen in the garden and attracted more than 500 posts, leading it to trend on Twitter.
