Nelonen Media Live and Warner Music Live have signed a partnership agreement that deepens their collaboration in festival programming and artist bookings.
As part of the partnership, Warner Music Live – a division of Warner Music Finland – will take charge of program planning, artist acquisitions, and contract negotiations for Nelonen Media Live’s festivals. Artist bookings will continue to involve cooperation with all key industry players and booking agencies.
Nelonen Media Live will remain the responsible event organizer, overseeing overall festival production and marketing. The shared goal is to offer audiences even more compelling and memorable festival experiences.
“Warner Music knows the Finnish audience extremely well and is in an excellent position to create an attractive and diverse lineup for Nelonen Media Live’s festivals and Finnish festival goers,” says Kari Laakso, Business Director, Nelonen Media.
Festival stages in the coming years will feature both surprising special lineups and long-awaited comebacks.
In addition to festivals, Nelonen Media Live and Warner Music Live will also co-produce major concerts.
“It’s inspiring to see what the shared passion and vision of two major music industry players can achieve. We’re committed to bringing festival content that is fresh, engaging, and emotionally resonant for audiences. Above all, this collaboration gives us the opportunity to offer unforgettable experiences to Finnish music lovers,” says Ramona Forsström, Managing Director, Warner Music Finland.
Nelonen Media Live is one of Finland’s largest festival and event organizers, producing festivals, events, and concerts across the country. Its festivals include Himos Juhannus, Iskelmä Festival Himos, Tikkurila Festival, Suomipop Festivals in Jyväskylä and Oulu, and Kuopiorock.
