Warner/Chappell Songwriters Win Nine “Most Performed Song” Awards
Follows WCM Triumphs at ASCAP Pop, Rhythm & Soul, and Country Awards
Warner/Chappell Music (WCM), the music publishing arm of Warner Music Group, was named Publisher of the Year at Wednesday night’s 23rd annual Latin Music Awards, held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. In addition, WCM songwriters picked up nine ASCAP “Most Performed Song” awards. These accolades follow on the heels of WCM being named Publisher of the Year at three of ASCAP’s most prestigious ceremonies in 2014 – the Pop, Rhythm & Soul, and Country Awards.
