Who should use SAP Ariba Network?
Suppliers and vendors transacting with Warner Music Group labels/business partners who use SAP Ariba for streamlined procurement. Click here to check if your WMG business partner already uses SAP Ariba Network. If you don’t see your WMG business partner listed, you’ll be working in SAP Ariba Network sometime soon. We’ll let you know when you’ll need to transition, and you can read below if you’d like to know what to expect.
What is SAP Ariba Network?
It’s a new procurement platform for all your WMG-related business transactions. SAP Ariba Network will facilitate tracking invoices, receiving payments, and confirming the receipt of your goods or services.
- Please visit the WMG Vendor Website for system login instructions, training, guidelines, a contact form, and other helpful resources.
- You can create an Ariba Network account here. There are no required fees or subscriptions.
- Make sure we have your email address so you won’t miss any communications including how to access SAP Ariba Network. Contact your WMG partner if you need to update your email address.
- Invoices must include a Purchase Order (PO) number and be submitted in PDF format (one invoice per PDF). Note: Files in non-PDF formats will be discarded or ignored.
- We prefer you create an electronic invoice from the PO in the Ariba Network. This will help ensure faster payment. Click here for additional payment details, including required invoice information and the invoice process by country.
Getting Started – Registration Process
- Your WMG contact sends an SAP Ariba Network invite to your email address.
- You accept the invite and log in to create/access your Ariba Network account.
- You fill out the Supplier Registration Questionnaire and attach the required tax and banking documents.
- WMG approves the questionnaire or requests additional information or documentation.
- You receive an email confirming successful registration with your new vendor number.
- You begin transactions with WMG.
Required Registration Information
- Vendor/Company name
- Country/Region
- Mailing address
- Email address: This is the primary way you’ll communicate with Warner Music and SAP Ariba. Purchase Orders will be sent to this email.
- Type of products or services provided
- Ship-to address or location where services are delivered
- Organization Type: e.g., corporate or individual/sole proprietorship
- Tax Information: Country, Tax ID, and whether you’re subject to withholding tax. An attachment with tax information is required to confirm the provided details.
- Payment method and bank information: An attachment with bank details is required to confirm the provided information.
- Confirmation that you have read and agreed to the WMG Vendor Code of Conduct.
Registration Steps
- Your Warner Music Group contact will send you an invitation to join the Ariba Network. This invitation is unique and necessary for registration with WMG.
- Click the embedded link in your invitation to start the registration process.

- If you are accessing the Ariba Network for the first time and don’t have existing credentials, click the Create new account button to register.
- If you already have Ariba Network credentials, click Use existing account to use your existing Ariba Business Network profile for transactions with WMG.

- If you are creating an Ariba Network account for the first time, after clicking Create new account, you will be asked to provide your information to SAP as part of the account creation process. Be sure to complete all of the fields marked with an asterisk (*) as they are required by SAP Ariba.
- After entering your information, you will need to review SAP Ariba’s Terms of Use and Privacy Statement and accept by checking the box. Then complete the reCaptcha and select Create Account to advance.

- SAP Ariba Business Network may search for similar suppliers based on the email domain you’ve provided and offer the option to Review accounts that match. If you identify an existing account for your company, please contact the administrator for login support. Alternatively, you can skip the review and proceed by clicking on the Continue Account Creation button.

- Your account will be created and a notification will be sent to your email indicating that your SAP Ariba Business Network has been created, along with additional account information.
- You’re halfway there! Now you will be redirected to complete the Warner Music Group Supplier Registration Questionnaire where we will collect your banking and tax information to be used by our Accounting team to process your payments.
- Fill out all fields marked with (*) in the General Company Information section. In section 2.1 Organization Type, choose either Corporation (Business) or Individual/Sole Proprietorship (paid as an individual or set up as a sole trader for tax purposes).

Note: If you were invited to register as a Corporation but need to register as an Individual, please reach out to both your WMG business contact to request that your Supplier Registration Questionnaire be updated accordingly, as the tax and bank information submission process will differ (See step 17 for Individual/Sole Proprietor tax and bank information submission process for more information).
- In the General Tax Information section, select your corresponding Country/Region and enter your tax information (e.g., United States – Tax Identification Number and Employer Identification Number).

- Choose Yes from the dropdown if you are subject to Withholding Tax and fill in the other required information.
- Attach the appropriate tax documentation using the Attach File link (e.g., USA – W9 Form).

- Choose your Payment Method.

Note: USA Domestic Suppliers/Banks should select T – ACH. All other Suppliers/Banks should select H – SWIFT CrossBorder.
- In the Bank Information section, click Add Bank Information. You will be redirected to a new page to enter your banking details. Choose your Country/Region and enter the following:
- Account Number
- Account Holder Name
- Bank/Key/ABA Routing Number
- Any other Country/Region-specific fields requested by Ariba

- Click Attach a file to attach a supporting bank document. This document must clearly display the same information you entered above (e.g., Bank Statement Header, Void Check, ACH Payment Form, etc.).

- If you are registering as an Individual, you will need to provide your Bank and Tax Information via SAP’s Personally Identifiable Information Protection (PIIP) portal. To access, click the link displayed in Section 7 of the Supplier Registration Questionnaire. You’ll be redirected to the portal’s login page.

Note: Portal credentials are sent to individuals from [email protected] after you’ve been invited by your WMG business contact. If you don’t have this email, you can use the Forgot Password option to reset your credentials. If you were invited to register as a Corporation but need to register as an individual, please reach out to your WMG business contact to request that your Supplier Registration Questionnaire be updated accordingly.
- Review and accept the WMG Supplier Code of Conduct by selecting Yes and finally, click Submit Entire Response when finished.

Note: If any errors are present, a red banner will appear with additional details. If there are no errors, the page will display a confirmation message indicating that your response has been received.
- A member of the WMG team will review your submission. You’ll be notified if any information is missing or incorrect. If no edits are needed, your information will be used to create your supplier profile, and you will be notified once you are ready to begin transacting with Warner Music Group.
